User Operations
CSMS runs on a four-level admin + student model. This chapter splits daily operations into four sections by identity: System Admin, School Admin, Grade Admin, and Class Admin. Even where steps overlap, each role is written out fully so you only focus on your own.

Operations by role
- — school onboarding review, cross-school management, system settings, passwordless troubleshooting.
- — manage the school's grades / classes / teacher accounts, school statistics, issue school-scoped API credentials.
- — manage the grade's classes, grade statistics, issue grade-scoped API credentials.
- — manage the class's students, score adjustments, seating chart, class statistics.
