CSMS uses a multi-tenant, hierarchical architecture: every school has its own isolated database, and schools, grades, and classes nest level by level. "Onboarding" is therefore not a single form but a top-down, level-by-level creation process:
- A school is reviewed and created by the super admin;
- A grade is created by the school admin under that school;
- A class is created by the grade admin under that grade;
- Students / class users are imported by the class admin.

Step-by-step guide
Onboarding proceeds through the four stages below — click to open each step:
- — super admin reviews and creates the school, generating the school admin account and School ID.
- — school admin creates a grade and assigns a grade admin.
- — grade admin creates a class and assigns a homeroom teacher.
- — class admin imports the student roster; the system auto-creates class users.
