4. Student / Class User Import

Who: The class admin (homeroom teacher).

Steps

1. The class admin opens Class Workbench → Student Management.
2. Import students via bulk import (upload a roster) or add one by one.
3. The system automatically creates a class user account for each student and issues login credentials (students use an independent Token, isolated from admin Sessions).
4. Once imported, the class can record scores, arrange seating, and view statistics.

Students can only view their own scores, their class ranking, and edit non-sensitive personal info (e.g. username). See .
