School Onboarding
I want to onboard a whole school
For: anyone who needs to manage an entire school (e.g. school leadership, academic affairs). After approval you become a school admin and can manage every grade and class in your school.
What to prepare
- School name: this becomes the school's record name after approval — use the full official name
- Your name: used to generate your login account
- Contact email: used for the verification code and your onboarding notice — use an address you check
- Reason for applying: briefly describe how you'll use it (school size, scenario, etc.)
Steps
- Open the application page and enter the school name.
- Leave grade and class empty — school name only means you're applying for the whole school.
- Enter your name and contact email, request the email verification code, and enter it.
- Add your reason and submit.
- Wait for review; you'll be notified by email.
After approval
You'll get an onboarding email with your login account, initial password, and School ID. Once logged in you are the school admin and can:
- Create grades and assign grade admins (see )
- Manage teacher and class admin accounts for your school
- View your school's score and ranking statistics
Your School ID uniquely identifies your school's data. Keep it safe — you'll need it if you later integrate other systems (your own mini-program, third-party platforms, etc.).
FAQ
- Just want to try it with one class first? Then apply for instead — you'll be set up as a homeroom teacher.
- It says the school already has an admin? That means it's already been onboarded; the system will show you their contact details so you can ask them to add your account.
- My application was rejected? The email explains why. Fix the details and submit again.
