Class Admin (Homeroom Teacher)

The class admin (homeroom teacher) directly manages their own class's students, scores, and seating.

Scope

• School + Grade + Class (own class)
• Student management, score adjustments, seating, statistics
• Issue API credentials scoped to the class only

Login & Entry

1. Open the homepage and click Login.
2. Log in with the class admin account and enter the Class Workbench.

Common operations

1. Student management

1. Go to Student Management.
2. Bulk import a roster or add one by one.
3. After accounts are created, edit non-sensitive info such as username.

2. Score management

1. Go to Score Management.
2. Add / deduct points for students and fill in the reason.
3. Use score templates for common items (e.g. "Excellent homework +2").
4. Fix mistakes via revoke; every change is logged and auditable.

3. Seating chart

1. Go to Seating.
2. Drag-and-drop to edit the class layout; rows/columns are customizable.
3. Generate the seating chart in one click and bind students to seats; layout is saved automatically.

4. Statistics

1. Go to Statistics.
2. View class rankings (TOP 10, with Chinese/English sorting support).

5. Issue API credentials

1. Go to API Credential Management.
2. Create a credential scoped to the class only; configure scopes and confirm with a second password prompt.

Notes

• Can only operate your own class, not across classes.
• Issued API credentials can only be scoped to your class, never broader.
