Grade Admin

The grade admin manages classes within their own grade.

Scope

• School + Grade
• Manage the grade's classes, view grade data
• Issue API credentials scoped to the grade

Login & Entry

1. Open the homepage and click Login.
2. Log in with the grade admin account and enter the Grade Workbench.

Common operations

1. Class management

1. Go to Class Management → New Class.
2. Enter the class name and assign a class admin (homeroom teacher).
3. Save — the class is now part of the system.

2. Create class admin accounts

1. Go to Account Management.
2. Create class admin accounts within the grade, linked to specific classes.

3. Grade statistics

1. Go to Statistics.
2. View scores and rankings by grade / class for comparison.

4. Issue API credentials

1. Go to API Credential Management.
2. Create a credential with scope Grade; configure scopes and confirm with a second password prompt.

Notes

• Can only operate classes within the grade, not across grades.
• Affiliation is fixed to the grade.
