Class Onboarding
I want to manage a single class (homeroom teacher)
For: homeroom teachers or subject teachers who only need to manage their own class. After approval you become a class admin (homeroom teacher) and can manage your class's students, scores, and seating.
What to prepare
- School name (required)
- Grade name and class name (e.g. grade "Grade 10", class "Grade 10 (3)")
- Your name and contact email (for the verification code and onboarding notice)
- Reason for applying
Steps
- Enter the school name.
- Enter the grade name and class name (e.g. "Grade 10 (3)").
- Enter your name, contact email, and verification code, add your reason, and submit.
- Wait for review; you'll be notified by email.
If you leave the grade name empty, the system creates a default grade and puts your class in it. For a clean structure, fill in the grade name accurately.
After approval
You'll get an onboarding email. Once logged in you are the class admin (homeroom teacher) for that class and can:
- Import your class roster (see )
- Add or deduct student scores, and use score templates
- Arrange your class seating chart
- View your class's score rankings
Already a grade admin?
If your grade is already onboarded and you're a grade admin, just log in and go to Class Management → New Class to create the class and assign a homeroom teacher.
FAQ
- Want to manage a whole grade? Apply for instead — school + grade is enough.
- It says the class already has a homeroom teacher? The system shows you their contact details — ask them to add your account.
- Can one teacher manage several classes? Yes — ask your school or grade admin to grant you management access to the other classes.
